The article presents the results of studies of physical and mechanical and performance properties of concrete, modified by crushed granite waste and waste of chemical industries. As a result of experiments in laboratory of Yanka Kupala State University of Grodno was obtained concrete with improved properties: compressive strength, water absorption, durability, porosity.
