The problem how to manufacture a long slender flexible ultrasound catheter with good acoustic characteristics and flexible characteristics currently still was not solved. The use of electrolyte-plasma processing method is proposed in this paper. The processing technology of metal forming and surface polishing of ultrasonic catheter can effectively solve this problem.
