The profitable way of assessing the value of an enterprise has many types and is actively developing. The object of the study was estimated using the cost method and the traditional method of discounting net profit. The normative-income method proposed by L. Revutsky, significantly differing from the discount ones, brought, nevertheless, a result of the assessment close to them.
