| dc.description.abstract | В статье рассмотрены термины «банкротство» и «экономическая несостоятельность» строительных организаций, приведен их сравнительный анализ на основе нормативно-правовых актов. Рассмотрены подходы к определению финансово-экономического состояния строитель-ной организации путем расчета коэффициентов платежеспособности, двухтадийного анализа и расчета экономико-математических моделей. Выявлены достоинства и недостатки данных подходов к определению финансово-экономического состояния строительных организаций Республики Беларусь. | ru |

| local.description.annotation | The article discusses the terms "bankruptcy" and "economic insolvency" of construction organizations. It also provides a comparative analysis of the two terms on the basis of regulatory legal acts. Further, the approaches to determining the economic state of a construction organization by calculating solvency ratios, two-stage analysis and calculating economic and mathematical models are considered. The advantages and disadvantages of these approaches to determining the financial and economic condition of construction organizations in the Republic of Belarus are revealed. | ru |
