| dc.description.abstract | Целью работы является сравнение методик анализа финансово-экономического положения применительно к деятельности строительных организаций и предприятий стройиндустрии. В рамках данной работы проведён анализ финансово-экономического состояния строительной организации по методике, закреплённой в действующих нормативных документах, по расширенной методике, включающей экспресс-анализ и диагностический анализ финансового состояния субъекта хозяйствования, а также по методике, основанной на использовании экономико-математических моделей. Проведено сравнение результатов анализа, степени их детализации, достоверности и области применения. Работа позволит различным группам пользователей, опираясь на информативность и доступность данных, а также полученных результатов, выбрать соответствующий подход. | ru |

| local.description.annotation | The aim of the work is to compare the methods of analyzing the financial and economic situation in relation to the work of construction organizations and enterprises of the construction industry. In this work we carried out the analysis of the financial and economic condition of the construction organiza-tion according to the methodology, submitted in the current regulatory documents, according to an expanded methodology, including express-analysis and diagnostic financial analysis of the company’s state, as well as method based on the economic and mathematical models. The comparison of the anal-ysis results, the degree of their detailing, reliability and the scope of application is carried out. The work will allow different groups of users, relying on the information content and availability of the data, as well as the obtained results? to choose the appropriate approach. | ru |
