Abstract
The technological impact of business activity on the global economy dictates its
conditions for the transition to an innovative model of entrepreneurship development, which
creates the foundation for financial stability in all sectors due to multi-level ties. The underdevelopment
of the institutional infrastructure, the lagging legislative framework in this area,
low investment activity of small and medium-sized businesses, a decrease in the influx of
young people into science hinder the development of digitalization and the creation of an innovative
entrepreneurial environment.
