Методические подходы к оценке влияния китайско-белорусского индустриального парка «Великий камень» на белорусскую экономику

Abstract

The expediency of forming a «center» of growth of the Belarusian economy on the basis of the Chinese-Belarusian Industrial Park “Great Stone” is shown. To assess the potential socio-economic effects of the impact of its activities on the national economy, the author's methodological recommendations have been developed. They are based on a quantitative comparison of the park's contribution to the innovative, investment, export, and industrial development of the national economy with the losses of the republican budget from the preferential treatment provided to residents. Approbation of the methodological development showed that the park has significant potential for the growth of the Belarusian economy and it is necessary to create additional legal, organizational and economic conditions.
