Abstract

The concept of a "green" economy is a model that leads to an improvement in the health and social justice of the population, as well as to a significant reduction in hazardous environmental impacts and to a reduction in environmental deficits. Thus, the "green" economy, in its simplest form, can be considered as a low-carbon, resource-saving and socially inclusive model of the economy. It is shown that emissions reach the lowest values during the driving at a speed of 60–70 km/h. Consequently, the amount of emissions into the atmosphere can be reduced by at least 3 times.
