| dc.description.abstract | В статье выявлены перспективы и риски, связанные с появлением новых форм человеческого капитала и мотивации труда в условиях развития цифровой экономики в Республике Беларусь. Показано, что названные перспективы зависят как от глобальных тенденций, так и от особенностей их реализации в нашей стране. Установлено, что названные риски порождаются ускорением социально-экономической динамики в условиях развития цифровой экономики, несовершенством организационно-экономических механизмов управления персоналом, недостатком финансовых ресурсов. Определено, что минимизировать рассматриваемые риски можно на основе партнерства «общество-государство-бизнес». | ru |

| local.description.annotation | The article identifies the prospects and risks associated with the emergence of human capital and labor motivation new forms in the context of the development of the digital economy in the Republic of Belarus. It is shown that these prospects depend both on global trends and on the specifics of their implementation in our country. It is established that these risks are generated by the acceleration of socio-economic dynamics in the context of the digital economy development, the imperfection of organizational and economic mechanisms of personnel management, the lack of financial resources. It is determined that it is possible to minimize the risks under consideration on the basis of the partnership "society-statebusiness". | ru |
