| dc.description.abstract | В контексте Указа Президента Республики Беларусь «О мерах по совершенствованию строительной деятельности» от 14.01.2014 г. № 26, в Республике Беларусь происходит поэтапное изменение структур и принципов управления в строительных организациях для динамического реагирования на изменчивость условий функционирования на рынке строительных услуг. Понятие жизненного цикла продукции строительства трансформируется в жизненный цикл проекта, введены термины инвестиционный проект в строительстве, управление проектом и др. Реализация крупных проектов строительства требует участия многих организаций в этом процессе. Наряду с традиционно понимаемыми функциями заказчика, застройщика, генерального подрядчика и др. появляются новые роли и новые участники инвестиционного процесса, что в свою очередь приводит к возникновению новых методов управления процессами в строительной деятельности. В целях определения правил управления конкретным проектом, требований, необходимых для его успешного завершения и достижения запланированных результатов, разрабатывается план управления проектом, схему управления которым принимает заказчик. Исследование организационных форм участия заказчика в управлении проектом с учетом происходящих трансформаций является актуальным, результатом которого будет являться достижение целей инвестиционного проекта в строительстве с оптимальными показателями. | ru |

| local.description.annotation | In the context of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus "On measures to improve construction activities" dated January 14, 2014 No. 26, in the Republic of Belarus there is a gradual change in the structures and management principles in construction organizations to dynamically respond to the variability of the operating conditions in the construction services market. The concept of the life cycle of construction products is transformed into the life cycle of the project, the terms investment project in construction, project management, etc. have been introduced. The implementation of large construction projects requires the participation of many organizations in this process. Along with the traditionally understood functions of the customer, developer, general contractor, etc., new roles and new participants in the investment process appear, which in turn leads to the emergence of new methods of process management in construction activities. In order to determine the rules for managing a specific project, the requirements necessary for its successful completion and achieving the planned results, a project management plan is developed, the management scheme for which is accepted by the customer. The study of the organizational forms of the customer's participation in project management, taking into account the ongoing transformations, is relevant, the result of which will be the achievement of the goals of the investment project in construction with optimal performance. | ru |
