| dc.description.abstract | В статье рассмотрено негативное влияние работы транспортных средств на окружающую среду. Приведены основные причины повышения уровня экологических потерь от роста авто-мобилизации. Представлены теоретические выкладки и рекомендации по расчету суммарных экологических потерь. Предложена новая методика определения экологических потерь в дорожном движении, которая отличается от существующих тем, что она позволяет унифицировать результаты исследований. Методика разработана в Белорусском национальном техническом университете. Методика применима для определения экологических потерь при движении автомобилей по улично-дорожной сети. Методика основана на исследовании транспортной нагрузки и условий дорожного движения. | ru |

| local.description.annotation | The negative impact of the work of vehicles on the environment is considered. The main reasons for increasing the level of environmentallosses from the growth of motorization are given. Theoretical lculations and recommendations for the calculation of total environmental lossesare presented. A new method for determining environmental losses in road traffic is proposed, which differs from existing ones in that it llows to unify the results of research. The methodology was developed at the Belarusian National Technical University. The methodology is applicable to the determination of environmental losses when driving cars on the street-road network. The methodology is based on the study of transport load and traffic conditions. Algorithmization of the calculations is accessible and simple. Calculations of losses from emissions of harmful substances into the atmosphere are made at thecost of damage from the volume of emissions produced and the cost of damage to human health from the given amount of emissions. Calculation of environmental losses under the new methodology is carried out according to the author's computer program, which calculates for selected sections of the road. | en |
