| dc.description.abstract | Праблема захавання архітэктурнай драўлянай спадчыны актуальна для Беларусі і для горада Гродна ў прыватнасці. Унікальнасць раёнаў «Новы Свет», «Настаўніцкая Калонія», «Занёманскае Прадмесце» палягае ў комплексна захаваўшайся драўлянай забудове, якая стварае асаблівую атмасферу гістарычнага цэнтра. У той жа час адсутнасць ахоўнага статуса будынкаў і ўвагі да раёнаў з боку гарадскіх уладаў, як і неразуменне непасрэднымі ўласнікамі будынкаў іх гістарычнай каштоўнасці вядзе да паступовай дэградацыі раёнаў. | local.description.annotation | Preservation of wooden architectural heritage is significant problem both for Belarus and for Hrodna in particular. Uniqueness of the neighborhoods «Novy Sviet», «Nastaŭnickaja Kalonija», «Zaniomanskaje radmiescie» lies in preserved wooden building areas that creates specific atmosphere of the historical center. At the same time, absence of conservation status of buildings and lack of attention to the problem from the city authorities, as well as misunderstanding of historical value of the buildings by their owners causes stable degradation of the neighborhoods. There are 2 approaches to preserve historical neighborhoods based on European experience that are proposed by the article author. | ru |
