| dc.description.abstract | В статье рассмотрена эволюция подходов к формированию единого рынка услуг в сфере строительства в странах ЕАЭС, отличительные черты мирового рынка строительных услуг в условиях глобализации, факторы, влияющие на глобализацию и интеграцию в строительстве в странах ЕАЭС, а также методы сметного ценообразования в строительстве в разных странах. В работе рассмотрены вопросы сметного нормирования сквозь призму функционирования единого рынка строительных услуг в странах ЕАЭС и сделан вывод о том, что унификация системы сметного нормирования может стать действенным инструментом снижения барьеров и увеличения степени свободы на рынке строительных услуг стран ЕАЭС. | ru |
