dc.description.abstract | Currently, no country in the world has legally established rules on the use and application of robots and artificial intelligence. However, in countries where robotics and artificial intelligence are developed at the highest level, it is possible to identify the main approaches to legal regulation. These countries include: China, the European Union, Japan, the United States and South Korea. In the European Union, the main document is the Roadmap for the Development of Robotics in Europe “Robotics 2020” (“Multi-Annual Roadmap”), it was created by experts of the public-private partnership “SPARC”. In the USA, the most famous robotics development program is the National Robotics Initiative (2011). In China, in May 2015, the Global State Development Program “Made in China 2025” and the Robotics Industry Development Plan “Robotics Industry Development Plan (2016-2020)” (April 2016) were created. China also has a set of rules for testing autonomous vehicles in China (2018). But, as in other countries, China does not have a separately developed system of legislation in the field of robotics and artificial intelligence. In the Republic of Belarus, research in the field of robotics and artificial intelligence is currently being carried out in the Hi-Tech Park. Thus, currently in the Republic of Belarus, the legal regulation of artificial intelligence and robotics is practically not carried out, which creates organizational and legal obstacles to the development of the robotics and artificial intelligence industry. | ru |
