Реформы предполагают демонополизацию путём разделения вертикальной интеграции отрасли по видам экономической деятельности с дальнейшим созданием конкурентного саморегулируемого рынка. Предлагаемая последовательность действий включает создание регулятора в виде НГО, независимой диспетчеризации, централизованной закупки, переход к оптовому рынку и, впоследствии, и к розничному рынку электрической энергии. | ru |

| local.description.annotation | On the basis of world experience, the prerequisites, goals and objectives of reforming the electric power industry of the Republic of Belarus are considered.
