| dc.description.abstract | Статья посвящена исследованию перспектив и тенденций применения больших данных. Рассматриваются особенности больших данных, которые оказывают влияние на формы, методы и инструменты применения больших данных. Демонстрируется, что применение больших данных распространяется как на традиционные отрасли, так и служит основой функционирования новых отраслей, объединяющих цифровые предприятия. Показано, что применение больших данных является источником модернизации государственного управления, благодаря чему происходит делегирование бюрократических функций цифровым технологиям, обеспечение наблюдаемости социально-экономических процессов и планирование общественного развития. Отмечены тенденции применения больших данных в Российской Федерации и США. | ru |
