| dc.description.abstract | В работе рассмотрены основные подходы к проектированию энергоэффективных зданий: традиционный и экологический. Традиционный метод рассматривает здание как сложную систему, которая может быть «настроена» или оптимизирована посредством повышения степени ее изоляции и подбора инструментов климатизации. Экологический подход рассматривает здание как часть экосистемы и предлагает решать проблему его энергоэффективности с помощью других ее компонентов: использование энергии ветра, инсоляции и прочих возобновляемых источников. Т. е. для обеспечения здания энергией активно используются природно-климатический факторы. | ru |
