| dc.description.abstract | В статье показано, что в современных условиях одним из способов повышения эффективности процесса управления проектами при строительстве объектов недвижимости выступает BIM-технология (Building Information Modeling или Building Information Model – информационное моделирование здания или информационная модель здания). Определены основные выгоды от внедрения BIM-технологии; для оценки экономической эффективности применения BIM предложено проводить анализ по следующим основным направлениям: сокращение сроков; размер постоянных расходов; снижение расхода материалов. Показаны преимущества BIM-технологии. | ru |
