| dc.description.abstract | Технические станции рассматриваются как важный объект инфраструктуры железнодорожного транспорта, который обладает значительными ресурсами, необходимыми для переработки вагонопотока. Дана системная оценка параметров, определяющих роль технической станции в системе организации вагонопотоков на железнодорожном транспорте Республики Беларусь. Установлено распределение эксплуатационной работы на железнодорожных станциях исходя из основных признаков переработки вагонопотока: объемов, структуры вагонопотока, поездопотока, назначений плана формирования. Рассмотрены особенности ранжирования железнодорожных станций исходя из классификационных признаков участия в системе организации вагонопотока. Представлены подходы к оценке распределения работы между техническими станциями с учетом развития рынка участников перевозочного процесса. | ru |

| local.description.annotation | Technical stations are considered as an important object of railway transport infrastructure, which has significant resources necessary for the processing of railcar traffic. A systematic assessment of the parameters that determine the role of the technical station in the system of organization of railway traffic in the Republic of Belarus is given. The distribution of operational work at railway stations based on the main features of the processing of the car-flow: volumes, structure of the car-flow, train-flow, purposes of the formation plan. The features of the ranking of railway stations based on the classification features of participation in the system of traffic flow organization are considered. The approaches to the assessment of work distribution between technical stations taking into account the development of the market of participants of the transportation process are presented. | ru |
