| dc.description.abstract | Анализируются философско-методологические принципы реструктуризации классического университета как саморазвивающейся образовательной экосистемы с целью построения инновационного университета. Инновация, как социокультурное явление, приводит к смене образовательной парадигмы со знаниевой на культуротворческую и открывает возможности реализовать принцип самообразования. Построение инновационной инфраструктура университета не только служит образовательной поддержкой треков развития инновации, но и интегрирует науку, образование и бизнес в кластерной форме. На основе авторских изобретений была разработана учебно-научно-экспериментальная версия стартапа для апробации возможностей проектирования и внедрений инновационной инфраструктуры. | ru |

| local.description.annotation | The philosophical and methodological principles of the restructuring of the classical university as a self-developing educational ecosystem with the aim of building an innovative university are analyzed. Innovation, as a socio-cultural phenomenon, leads to a change in the educational paradigm from knowledge to culture-making and opens up opportunities to implement the principle of self-education. Building an innovative university infrastructure not only serves as educational support for innovation development tracks, but also integrates science, education and business in a cluster form. Based on the author's inventions, an educational, scientific and experimental version of the startup was developed to test the possibilities of designing and implementing innovative infrastructure. | ru |
