| dc.description.abstract | Статья посвящена изучению механизма воздействия публичных институтов, формирующих мировоззрение людей, на информационную, экономическую и, соответственно, национальную безопасность государства, включая Союзное государство Беларуси и России. Охарактеризован механизм определяющего воздействия мировоззренческих, ценностно-смысловых компонент общественного сознания на результаты социально-экономического развития. Сделан вывод о необходимости выделения в рамках ныне формирующейся Концепции безопасности Союзного государства Беларуси и России информационно-мировоззренческой (по сути идеологической) безопасности как самостоятельного направления обеспечения его национальной безопасности. | ru |

| local.description.annotation | The article is devoted to the study of the mechanism of influence of public institutions that shape people’s worldviews on the informational, economic and, accordingly, national security of the state, including the Union State of Belarus and Russia. The mechanism of the determining influence of ideological, value-semantic components of social consciousness on the results of socio-economic development is characterized. A conclusion is made about the need to highlight information and worldview (essentially ideological) security within the framework of the currently emerging Security Concept of the Union State of Belarus and Russia as an independent direction to ensure its national security. | ru |
