The author touches upon the problem of the deformations on the surface of the rupture of the field of movement rates. It is supposed that the material can be compressed. In this case not only normal but also tangent components of movement rates get the rupture. As the result we have proportions defining the ruptures of the tensor components of gradients of deformations and of the tensor components of finite deformations of Almansy.
