Abstract

China has formulated a series of laws and regulations to protect high-tech enterprises’ innovation and entrepreneurship, the laws and regulations nurtured and developed a large number of high-tech enterprises, therefore promoted the development of high-tech zones. However, due to the lack of experience and theory, the Chinese Chinese Intellectual Property Law have some shortcomings. Under the tide of world economic integration and the globalization of science and technology, the internationalization of national innovation system is gradually formed, China needs to improve and develop the laws and regulations about high- tech zones.
