Abstract
The general trends and mechanisms forming of biocompatible coatings on the magnesium alloys surface obtaining by micro-arc oxidation method, and especially the influence of the electrolyte composition on the structure and properties of the formed coatings were considered. It is noted that by changing the chemical composition of the electrolyte due to the
introduction of fluorides of sodium, possible optimization of the microplasma influence parameters during the formation of biocompatible coatings is a promising destination on the surface of magnesium alloys.
