| dc.description.abstract | В качестве основных факторов развития кооперационных отношений в Республике Беларусь рассмотрены белорусская экономическая модель, государственная собственность, малый и средний бизнес, формы объединения экономических организаций в республике, иностранные инвестиции и присутствие ТНК на белорусском рынке, уровень развития информационно-коммуникационных технологий. Показано, что обязательным условием участия Республики Беларусь в международной технологической кооперации является осознание всеми субъектами экономической деятельности и особенно элитой страны эффективности и ценности кооперационных отношений. Необходимо овладение современными механизмами извлечения существенных экономических эффектов из кооперации, которые невозможно получить в иерархических и рыночных отношениях и которые сегодня определяют конкурентоспособность предприятий и стран. | ru |

| local.description.annotation | The Belarusian economic model, state ownership, small and medium business, forms of association of economic organizations in the republic, foreign investments and the presence of TNCs in the Belarusian market, the level of development of information and communication technologies are considered as the main factors of development of cooperation relations in the Republic of Belarus. The article shows the comprehension by all subjects of economic activity and especially by the elite of the country of the effectiveness and value of cooperation relations is an obligatory condition for the participation of the Republic of Belarus in international technological cooperation. It is necessary to master modern mechanisms of extracting significant economic effects from cooperation that can not be obtained in hierarchical and market relations and which today determine the competitiveness of enterprises and countries. | ru |
