| dc.description.abstract | Home automation is the residential extension of building automation. Home automation may include centralized control of lighting, heating, ventilation and air conditioning, security locks of gates and doors and other systems, to provide improved convenience, comfort, energy efficiency and security. A home automation system integrates electrical devices in a house with each other. A good option when designing such a system is to use the platform Arduino.
