| dc.description.abstract | В современной экономике лизинг как форма финансовой аренды приобретает все большее значение в хозяйственной деятельности. Развитие отечественного рынка недвижимости в условиях нехватки финансовых ресурсов создало условия для применения лизинга и на этом рынке. В статье авторы обобщили практику регулирования лизинга зданий и сооружений (недвижимости) в Беларуси, выделили основные черты и особенности его на рынке недвижимости. Представлены результаты анализа факторов, влияющих на показатели активности на рынке лизинга недвижимости Беларуси, а также причины низкой активности. Авторы представили свою
точку зрения на возможности активизации лизинга на рынке недвижимости. | ru |

| local.description.annotation | In the modern economy, leasing as a form of financial lease is becoming increasingly important in economic activity. The development of the domestic real estate market in conditions of lack of financial resources has created conditions for the use of leasing in this market. In the article, the authors summarized the practice of regulation of leasing of buildings and structures (real estate) in Belarus, identified the main features and peculiarities of its real estate market. The authors presented the results of the study of the factors influencing the indicators of activity in the real estate leasing market of Belarus, as well as the reasons for low activity. The authors presented their point of view on the possibility of activation of leasing in the real estate market. | ru |
