Это не содействует сохранению архитектурно- художественного образа существующего здания или сооружения, которое может быть отнесено даже к достижению белорусской архитектуры. Предлагается разработать рейтинг архитекторов, работавших и работающих в Беларуси, чтобы объективнее оценивать достоинства произведений архитектуры при принятии решений о реконструкции, сохранении или сносе зданий и сооружений. | ru |
