dc.description.abstract | It is offered to use the criteria describing controllable parameters of technological system at the automated designing physical and chemical methods of processing. Designing plasma-mechanical, electromagnetic and electron-beam superficial processing of constructional materials is considered.
It is shown, that transitions of technological system from one condition in another are described by criteria of carry which characterize determining parameters of the combined methods of physical and chemical processing of materials. Mechanisms of formation ofphysical and chemical parameters of quality of processing are determined by modes of equilibrium conditions of technological system. | ru |
