| dc.description.abstract | Статья посвящена комплексному исследованию и рассмотрению вопросов изменения трудовых ценностей и интересов наемных работников в советской и рыночной экономике. Проанализированы проблемы трудовой мотивации и стимулирования труда в эти исторические периоды, определены понятия мотива, отношения к труду и основные факторы воздействия на работников через мотивацию и стимулирование труда, рассмотрены изменения трудовых интересов начиная с советского периода, основной акцент сделан на интересах работников и их важности для повышения производительности труда. На основании исследования сделаны краткие выводы и предложения. | ru |
