| dc.description.abstract | В статье исследуются транспортно-пешеходные потоки и условия движения. Представлены результаты проведенного аудита безопасности движения на примере транспортного объекта - нерегулируемого пешеходного перехода с участком улицы. Разработаны предложения по повышению качества дорожного движения на исследуемых участках улиц. Рассмотрен пример выбора и обоснования принимаемых решений для нерегулируемого пешеходного перехода, расположенного около нерегулируемого выезда с дворовой территории. На основании исследований разработаны мероприятия планировочного и организационно-технического характера, повышающие безопасность движения, а также снижающие экономические и экологические потери. Реализация разработанных мероприятий позволит снизить и уровень аварийных потерь на пешеходном переходе. Результаты проведенного исследования и анализ существующих условий дорожного движения на нерегулируемом перекрестке показали, что уровень суммарных потерь в дорожном движении также снизится. | ru |

| local.description.annotation | The transport and pedestrian flows and traffic conditions are studied. The results of the audit of traffic safety on an example transport object – unregulated pedestrian crossing with a portion of the street are given. Proposals to improve the quality of traffic on the streets of the studied areas are examined. An example of the selection and justification of decisions to the unregulated pedestrian crossing, which is located near the exit of the unregulated yard area is considered. On the basis of the research activities developed planning, organizational and technical nature that improve traffic safety and reduce the economic and environmental losses are developed. The implementation of the developed measures will reduce the level of accidents and losses at the pedestrian crossing. The results of the study and analysis of the existing traffic conditions at unregulated crossroads showed that the level of total losses in the traffic decline. | en |
