Abstract
Внедрение системы «Управление проектами» в строительстве позволяет существенно повысить эффективность, как самого строительного производства, так и всего инвестиционного цикла. Создание проектного плана позволяет чётко разграничить полномочия и определить порядок действий, как отдельных юридических лиц, так и конкретных исполнителей. Разработка расписания строительства определяет точные сроки выполнения, как отдельных работ, так и продолжительности проекта в целом. Процесс мониторинга позволяет своевременно обнаружить проблемы и оперативно реагировать на них. А по- следовательное управление отдельными событиями приводит к успешному выполнению проекта в целом. В работе рассмотрен алгоритм управления проектом ввода законченного строительством объекта в эксплуатацию, а так же вариант его оптимизации для сокращения сроков строительства.

Implementation of the «Project management» system in construction contributes to the substantial increase in efficiency of both construction operations and the whole investment cycle. Thus the creation of the project plan makes it possible to clearly differentiate the authorities and determine the course of actions of both separate legal entities and specific executors. Project schedule development of construction fixes accurate due date for execution of both separate work items and the project duration in whole. The monitoring process makes it possible to find out problems and quickly respond to them. Sequential control of separate events leads to successful implementation of the whole project. An example of management algorithm of putting into operation of the finished construction unit as well as alternative of its optimization in order to reduce construction period are shown.
