In the structure of consumption of fuel and energy resources, natural gas predominates [1], which must be imported, since the country does not have its own gas sources. With the commissioning of the Belarusian Nuclear Power Plant (NPP), the situation will not change substantially, while systemic problems are expected in ensuring the schedule of electrical loads, since the structure of electricity generation will change with a constant structure of its consumption, which will lead to excessive consumption of fuel in the country.
