| dc.description.abstract | The article is devoted to the analysis of the problems associated with the introduction of the concept of open data in the Republic of Belarus. The thesis is substantiated that the positioning of Belarus as a highly developed state cannot be imagined without the openness of the authorities and administration. Based on the analysis of the functioning of the national open data portal, public opinion polls, the experience of other countries, the author comes to the conclusion that there is a discrepancy between the declared goals and the actual practice of the project. Conceptual mechanisms for getting out of this situation are proposed. | ru |
