| dc.description.abstract | В статье проведен феноменологический анализ института согласования промышленной политики государств-членов ЕАЭС, суть которого состоит в добровольной межгосударственной координации сотрудничества государств-членов в сфере промышленной политики, направленного на более полное использование преимуществ международного разделения и кооперации труда, с целью сокращения неопределенности в системе международного взаимодействия, который рассматривается как альтернативный механизм совмещения интересов хозяйствующих субъектов разных стран, связанных с индустриальным производством, по сравнению с механизмом межгосударственного соперничества за лучшие условия ведения бизнеса для своих субъектов хозяйствования. Согласование промышленной политики государств-членов ЕАЭС должно стать способом расширения промышленного сотрудничества субъектов хозяйствования, а не инструментом давления государств друг на друга. | ru |

| local.description.annotation | The article contains a phenomenological analysis of the institute of harmonization of the industrial policies of EAUE member countries. This institute implies voluntary interstate coordination of partnership between EAEU member countries in the sphere of industrial policies, which aims to full using of the advantages of international division and cooperation of labor in order to reduce uncertainty in the system of international interaction. Also, such institute can be considered as a mechanism for a combination of the interests of economic entities from different countries related to industrial production. It is an alternative to the interstate competition for better business conditions for their economic entities. The harmonization of the industrial policies of EAUE member countries shouldn’t consider as an instrument of state pressure on each other. On the contrary, this harmonization should become a way of the industrial cooperation of economic entities. | ru |
