The amount of heavy metals (zinc, cadmium, lead and copper) migrating from disposable tableware made of paper, laminated cardboard, sugar cane cake into media simulating food products and conditions of use: distilled water at room temperature (+20 °C), hot distilled water heated to +90 °C, as well as a 2 % solution of acetic acid at room temperature (+20 °C) was determined.
