dc.description.abstract | Creation of new methods and technologies, based on modern achievements of computer technology – one of the most important and most promising areas for improving the system of sports training. Technical training of skaters is quite a specific process due to the peculiarities of training both in the ice surface and outside it. One of the main means of improving the technical readiness of skaters outside the ice surface is a special imitation exercises. Among
the dynamic indicators that characterize the technique of the movements of athletes in speed skating, the most informative indicators are that create a representation of the distribution of peak pressure in the zones of the foot and the area of displacement of the pressure center. The choice of specially prepared imitative exercises should be carried out in accordance with the phases of the athletes' supporting interactions in competitive movements. The determination of the phase composition of the exercise, as well as the recording of pressure data, was carried out using modern instruments using the “Motion capture” technology and the method of pedobarography. The use of these methods in assessing the technical readiness of skaters of high qualification will improve the training process outside the ice surface. | ru |
