Abstract

The publication is devoted to the role of the state in the investment process. The publication notes that the state regulation of the investment process should not abolish the mechanisms and principles of market economy, nor should they be replaced by directive management but rather create favorable conditions for activating the activities of all participants in the investment process. In this regard, the main task of the state at the present stage of the development of the macrosystem is to unite the advantages of state and market regulation. In conclusion, the author comes to the conclusion that the state's participation in the investment process presupposes streamlining of the actions of its subjects in the implementation of state and public interests. The development of an effective mechanism for state regulation of the investment process, the effectiveness of its implementation should be based on the adoption of specific decisions in many areas of economic activity.
