dc.description.abstract | In this article perspective directions of development of the architectural typology of modern institutions of additional education.
Presents three main innovative types of institutions of additional education of children:
– type 1 – educational function (the basic educational premises with a uniform distribution of auxiliary service spaces (bathrooms,storage);
– type 2 – educational function + function power supply (kitchen, dining room, pantries, etc.) with a uniform distribution of auxiliary service spaces (bathrooms, storage);
– type 3 – educational function + function power supply + sports and regenerative function (halls for physical education classes, clinic) with a uniform distribution of auxiliary service spaces (bathrooms, storage).
Each functional type of the institution of childrens' additional education supplemented by office premises. Included in these functional types have standard values of the areas, which, depending on applicable laws and regulations, changes, supplements, either were not taken into account in the structure of institutions of additional education of children. Repetition, alternation or addition of the individual blocks allows to make the structure of the building of institutions of additional education of children more mobile, flexible, maneuverable, meet the social needs of the population. | ru |
