| dc.description.abstract | One of the functions of the customs is the implementation of the customs control. Currently, the increase in the export-import flows reduces bandwidth of customs. Today there are a wide variety of methods used in the field of customs regulations. When carrying out customs control in the Republic of Belarus, the system of risk analysis and management is used. Application of this system has reduced the control load, but could not completely solve the problem of congestion checkpoints. Significant results were achieved only after ratification by the Republic of Belarus the Kyoto Convention. According to the rules of the convention more effective the following lines are recognized: improving the risk management system, increase interaction and information exchange between the customs authorities of the States etc. Another document, which will apply to all customs procedures, including customs controls, EAEC Codex will be.
