Однако несмотря на то, что уровень безопасности эксплуатации транспортного средства повышается с каждым днем, вопросы, связанные с принятием во внимание внешних условий (включая человеческий фактор), надежности систем транспортного средства (подсистем, деталей), влияющих на возникновение опасных ситуаций, не решены полностью до сих пор. | ru |
